In celebration of Mental Health Month 2022, Acacia are excited to once again launch our Better Mind Better Me ™ program. This four-week program focuses on four key pillars that are fundamental in maintaining our overall mental health and wellbeing.
The key themes that we are exploring are centred around our mind and mental wellbeing, body and physical health, spirit and sense of happiness, and finally our relationships, community and support networks.
Starting the first week of October we will release communications every few days on the specified theme, with challenges and activities designed to improve these aspects of your wellbeing. We will also provide a number of strategies and resources to help guide you through the week and bolster your knowledge, including a lunch-time webinar on the given topic every Thursday.
Additionally, we will provide the opportunity for you to evaluate your wellbeing utilising the Personal Wellbeing Index (PWI-A) psychometric assessment. Administered in week one, and then again in week four, this will give further insight into the status of your wellbeing and allow you to track improvement. This psychometric assessment is opt-in.
